The Delivery Process

Delivery locations and related charges

We deliver anywhere, be it your home, office or where ever you want to, as long as it is in the vicinity of the Greater Klang Valley and PJ area.

We will deliver right to your doorstep if it is a residential address.
In the case of office addresses, we would appreciate it if you, our valued customer, could kindly attend to taking deliveries at the main entrance/drop-off point of the building. This is necessitated by the high parking costs and limited parking spaces in office buildings. We're happy to bring it right to your office doorstep but that would necessitate charging extra for the parking costs - which we feel is an unnecessary cost to our customers.

Generally, delivery charges are FREE within a certain km radius. For further distances a charge of a minimum RM10 per location (not per cake) is applied. Example, if you order 2 cakes to be delivered to the same address, we would just charge it as 1 delivery.

Examples of areas within the free delivery radius are:

• Bangsar
• Bukit Pantai
• Taman Seputeh
• Taman Desa
• Bukit Gasing
• Damansara Heights
• Sri Hartamas/Bukit Kiara
• Taman Tun
• Bandar Utama
• Mutiara Damansara
• Aman Suria

• Tropicana
• Damansara Perdana
• Damansara Utama
• Damansara Jaya
• SS2
• Seksyen 11-22 PJ
• Brickfields
• KL City Centre (Raja Chulan,KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Masjid India, Central Market, Chinatown and surrounding vicinity)

Kindly note there may be pockets of exceptions in the above locations whereby we may need to charge for delivery. Do call us to enquire in case of doubts.

Delivery times

We deliver 6 days a week from 11am to 5pm(Note : No deliveries on Sundays). We normally pre-inform our customers (by phone) on the estimated delivery time so they're available to take delivery of the cakes personally. Unfortunately we are unable to ascertain the exact timing so if you need a specific time for delivery, please contact us beforehand.

We will do everything possible to ensure your cake arrives on the appointed time but we cannot accept liability for any late deliveries, damage or returns if no one is available to accept the delivery. Hence please ensure that your delivery instructions to us are accurate. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or last-minute emergencies etc whereby nobody is available to take delivery, we will phone you to ask further instructions. Our suggestion would be to have the cake routed to a neighbour or left in a safe place with someone specified by you.

We hope the following does not happen but its common nowadays to find delays caused by adverse weather conditions, road closures, massive traffic jams etc. All these undesired events could prevent the timely completion of your specified delivery date. We will contact you by phone and reserve the right for re-scheduling the delivery arrangement in these instances. Alternatively, where possible, we suggest you choose a delivery date at least one day prior to the date required to avoid any disappointment.

Can I collect my cake from your bakery?

Certainly. Su's started out as an online business. For those who seek convenience,  we believe home-delivering the cakes is a blessing to them – helping to save time, petrol costs and make life less of a hassle for our esteemed customers.

On the other hand, customers can also self-collect their cakes from our Bangsar location as of March 2011. Address is No 5, Lorong Kurau which is a 5 minutes walk - behind the News Straits Times office in Bangsar. If the NST main door is on your left, turn left at the junction after NST's entrance. Go straight, pass by a flour mill on left and some condos on right (on a small hill).  Thereafter, you'll see a row of shophouses on right (that's where we are) after the condo and opposite a row of houses. Mon to Sat 10am to 5pm.
